Overview & Objective
A 6-hour online event to assess reading comprehension, vocabulary, spelling and word meaning across classes. All tests hosted on Gyankatta. Interaction via Google Meet, updates via WhatsApp and confirmations by email.

Competition Structure
- Reading: 6-page passage (PDF via email & WhatsApp).
- Qualifying Test: 40–50 Qs (reading comprehension & vocabulary) on Gyankatta.
- Final Test: 30 spelling + 20 meaning questions; difficulty graded by class.
- Result policy: Top scorers per class advance — announce cutoff live.
Organizer Checklist
Before Event
- Upload tests to Gyankatta (qualifier & final).
- Prepare 6-page reading PDF; schedule email/WhatsApp send.
- Create Google Meet link & moderator list (2+ moderators).
- Create WhatsApp broadcast/group for participants & parents.
During Event
- Moderate Google Meet, share links on time.
- Monitor Gyankatta submissions & handle technical issues.
- Announce finalists & share final test instructions.
After Event
- Download score reports & verify top results.
- Send e-certificates and appreciation emails.
- Publish leaderboard on Gyankatta or school portal.
NEET Self-Evaluation Plan (Condensed)
- Baseline (Week 1): Full-length mock (3 hrs). Record subject-wise scores; create weak-topic tracker.
- Daily Micro-eval (Weeks 2–5): Revise topic (1 hr) → 30–40 timed MCQs → error categorization (A:concept / B:calc / C:misread / D:guess).
- Subject Review (Weeks 6–10): Focused subject tests (Physics / Chem / Bio) & update tracker.
- Final Mock Loop (Last 4–6 wks): 2 full mocks/wk, post-test root-cause review, focus revision on repeated weak topics.
Awards & Certificates
Top 3 per class — e-Certificates & mention on leaderboard.
All participants — participation certificate emailed.
