A terrorist on the other hand targets civilians to force his political ambitions and gains to be fulfilled by the Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He doesn’t care about the number of civilian casualties. He murders defenseless people to further his political ideology. For him civilian casualties are dismissed as collateral damage. And that is the biggest difference between a Revolutionary and a Terrorist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
