Centre approves ₹2,600 cr incentive scheme to promote digital payement

• Cabinet has approved a ₹2,600-crore incentive scheme to promote Rupay debit card and low-value BHIM-UPI transactions.
• Under the scheme, banks would be provided financial incentives for promoting Point of Sale (PoS) and e-commerce transactions using RuPay and UPI in the financial year 2023.
• The scheme would also promote UPI Lite and UPI123PAY as economical and user-friendly digital payments.

Centre approves 3 national-level multi-state cooperative societies

• Centre approves setting up of 3 national-level multi-state cooperative societies to promote exports and organic products.
• The move will help in achieving the government’s goal of ‘Sahakar-se-Samriddhi’.

‘Hockey Wali Sarpanch’ ties up with NABARD to strengthen farmers
